Billion Dollar Brows - Brow Pencil Review

Hello!

Today's review is going to be about a new favourite of mine! I absolutely love filling in my eyebrows but ensuring they still look natural (as natural as they can look) but a little more full.

Having bleached my hair blonde on a few occasions, I've found it harder to find a brow pencil which I can use for when my roots start to grow out but still match the rest of my hair. My roots are looking pretty awful at the minute, and so I'm at the point where it's hard for me to do my eyebrows.

When I tried out the 'billion dollar brows - brow pencil, I was completely hooked from then on. This pencil states that it is universal and can be used for any hair colour.

I did find that if you pressed lighter, the colour was not as intense and this was perfect for me as I wanted a colour that would match and also a pencil that would make my eyebrows look natural. This would not be a great product for people who are heavy-handed as you do have to be careful if you want a natural look.

I like that this product has a spooly or spoolie (I have no idea how you spell it).

It means I can brush my eyebrow hairs down and ensure I cover every sparse area. I also love that it is retractable and you don't have to sharpen the pencil because NOTHING is worse than sharpening a pencil and it snapping off like 5 times, so you're left with a little stub.

I hope you all liked this review!

xoxo

  2. This looks great as I hate sharpening pencils too. And the brush on the end is an added bonus. However I can be quite heavy handed so this might not fully work for me, great review though x

    1. Thanks! Yeah it's not the best for someone who is heavy handed as it can be quite dark xx

  4. I love my brow pencil. I think mines a little bit different as the pencil is angled but that one looks like it would give a finer finish

  9. I always use a powder product for my brows as I've found all the pencils I've used have not looked very natural. But if you say this one is then maybe I'll have to give it a go!

  10. Oooh I totally have the same problem trying to ensure my roots / eyebrows don't look too out of sync. I love that the brush comes with a spooly / spoolie (ha nope no idea how to spell it either!)... I'm definitely going to check this out when my Sleek eyebrow palette runs out!

    1. I haven't tried much from Sleek actually, especially any eyebrow products! I might have to give them a go. But yes roots are so frustrating!

Thanks for the comment lovely xx

  11. I hate it when you have a pencil that breaks about 20 times too! This is a good tip, I am a natural ginge and my hair changes with the seasons due to how much sun I get (I'm like a chameolon honestly) so having something that can change lighter and darker for my brows would be ideal!

    Thanks for sharing
