Ishga Natural Skincare - Review

As you all know I am sucker for a good natural skincare brand. Having quite dry and sensitive skin makes it hard for me to use a lot of top skincare brands because they contain ingredients that don't agree with my skin.

When Ishga offered to send me their Eye Balm and Marine Cream I have to admit, I was pretty excited! Ishga are known for using Organic Seaweed in their products which I've heard has huge benefits for the skin.

I love the taste of seaweed (when it's cooked in the Chinese obviously) so I thought 'why not try it on my face?'

Well, I didn't really have that thought but it sounded like an interesting concept...

So, the Eye Balm is incredibly hydrating under the eyes and when applied under makeup, makes my skin look glowing! It is quite pricey at £45 and I'm not sure how much more beneficial it is compared to other eye balms I've tried but it definitely does what I expected it to do!

I use my ring finger to gently press the product under my eyes and up to my eyebrow which is a technique I highly recommend!

Now, moving on to the Marine Cream...

This cream smells gorgeous and is definitely my favourite out of the two. With this product, a little goes a long way so it will last you quite a while! My skin genuinely feels brighter and this product leaves no greasy residue on the skin which is a problem I have found with a lot of other creams out there.

It's perfect for applying underneath makeup and also on it's own. The only problem with this cream is that it is also slightly pricey but due to all its benefits, I can't really complain!

I hope you liked this post. Have any of you tried a product containing seaweed? If not I would highly recommend it!

xoxo

* I was sent this to review, however all opinions are my own and not influenced by the brand I'm working with.

  1. Great post! These look great. I've never tried anything with seaweed in but like you, I love the taste of it! So I wouldn't be opposed to trying it in facial products too (:

  2. My skin seems to react to absolutely everything, so I am constantly a little dubious about new skincare items! I’d be super interested trying items with seaweed in, I definitely need to up my skincare routine..

  3. I'd heard that seaweed was good for your skin, Origins added kelp to one of their moisturisers a while back. I have fairly oily skin so, much as I like the sound of both of these products, they're probably not for me. But they look gorgeous and I loved your review! X
